Taggart
Management & Real Estate Services, LLC has, since
our beginning in 1967 as the Robert T. Taggart
Company, grown to encompass the complete spectrum of
commercial, public and industrial real estate
services. We have accomplished this by developing,
leasing and managing approximately 10 million square
feet of office, retail and warehouse space,
professional buildings, public and institutional
facilities, and apartment units since 1968.Taggart
Management & Real Estate Services, LLC has been
involved in the acquisition, development, ownership,
sales, leasing, property management and landscape
maintenance of commercial real estate in Ohio for
over forty years. We have completed build to suits
in Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Pennsylvania and New
York.
We currently own,
or with its partners owns and/or manages a property
portfolio valued over $100 million, which consists
of office, industrial, and retail space in Central
Ohio.

Brokerage / Development
Our brokerage team
consists of salespeople fully licensed to conduct real
estate transactions in the State of Ohio. Our team focuses
on the leasing of our own portfolio and for other property
owners. We have recently developed a five (5) building
campus of office warehouse buildings in East Columbus,
consisting of 176,000 square feet and a 133 acre GreenPointe
Business Park land development in Groveport, Ohio near the
Rickenbacker International Airport and Intermodal. At Green
Pointe we have completed and sold a 320,000 square foot
speculative bulk storage warehouse building within the park
and completed the development, sales and leasing of a 35,000
square foot speculative office warehouse condo building. The
park has a 15-year, 100% real estate tax abatement on all
improvements.

Property Management
Our
property management team consists of an
operations director, two Certified Property Managers, and a
Controller.
The managers work in conjunction with our accounting team and
Leasing Agents to provide the following services for property
owners:

Monthly and annual
reporting for owners
Comprehensive
Preventative Maintenance on all properties
Annual Budgets
The
Certified Property Managers provide owners with monthly
comparative operating statements, rent rolls, executive
summaries (leasing, income/expense and property condition
status), and annual budgets tied to
marketing plans.
There is excellent communication and coordination between our
property managers, leasing team, and our clients enabling us to
retain strong tenant retention while maintaining low vacancy. We
